We were served at Burger King this evening and would like to express our sincere appreciation. The employee—presumably Denis, according to the bill—was extremely polite, courteous, and helped us with our order. Such excellent service is unfortunately not often experienced at Burger King. We sincerely hope he continues to remain as motivated and dedicated—he is a true role model for customer service.
We quite like going to Burger King, especially because, unlike many other fast food restaurants, they offer a wide selection of plant-based dishes. We've visited this location several times (usually between 8 and 9 p.m. and it's always been very clean. We never had to wait long for our food, and the employees are very friendly and attentive.
The severely disabled grandfather and his young grandson were just prevented from using the toilet. Even when we wanted to buy something, they weren't allowed to use the toilet.
