The Burger King was by far the best one I've visited. I'm from Fresno, and we were just passing through to Oakland and arrived during closing. The drive-thru was open, but we couldn't go through because our one-ton truck wasn't going to fit. So Yara, this beautiful, so nice, and helpful employee, unlocked the doors, told us to come in, sit down, and order. I couldn't believe how sweet and helpful she and a male co-worker were. She was like an angel who appeared at the right moment during our hellish day. I wanted to thank her for doing what she did; she doesn't realize what an impact that made on our day. Worst customer service ever the employees were so awful and made us feel so uncomfortable we had to get up and leave!!! They got our order wrong and didn't want to let us explain what was wrong and wouldn't make us the correct orders because they said we asked for the burgers they gave us when in reality they gave us someone else's burgers and just didn't want to make us new fresh ones again. I'll never go here again and the ladies working there yesterday should be fired!!
The service was excellent workers were extremely happy and nice very good food we ordered two whoppers and a crispy chicken wrap! The wraps were okay but the whoppers were really good! We went through the drive thru really quick we didn't see the inside of the place but people were eating inside it looked clean from the outside though! The food was fresh and hot.
This location should shut down. They always have the lobby closed (early evenings) they barely have anything on their menu and the place is extremely filthy. The workers are flat out lazy to not mop a floor or wipe a table down. I caught the lobby open for the first and it was so dirty, it gagged me out and I walked out. I won’t attempt to eat there again. Book a table now
When we arrived at the window, no one was there. It was only 11:30, and their online hours indicated they were open until midnight. We could see employees inside, but they completely ignored us. I tried calling, but no one picked up. It was really disappointing.
The service was extremely rude. The staff member informed us that she didn't have to serve us. We waited 20 minutes for two Whopper Jr. meals, and it was apparent that there weren't enough employees working.
I had a great experience with the nighttime cook; he ensures that every order is accurate and pays close attention to his grill. I really appreciate when I come across a hardworking individual like him.
this place needs to be upgraded or demolished. the bathrooms are horrible. the AC is broken. the food quality could be better. Book a table now
