Terrible. I strongly advise against visiting this place. I ordered a Whopper with just mayo and extra lettuce, a double cheeseburger with only cheese, onion rings, and fries. Every item was ice cold. Instead of my custom Whopper, I received a burger loaded with toppings. And the icing on the cake—something I've never encountered before—was that my double cheeseburger didn't even have a bun. Seriously? This has to be one of the most shocking errors I've seen in a long time. I don’t want anyone to lose their job or struggle, but I truly think this is grounds for termination. This was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had! When I walked in, no one was at the register. I then heard a young man say he would be with me shortly. Moments later, a girl came in from outside, taking an order for the drive-thru while walking. She noticed me at the counter and asked the young man where he was. He replied that he was busy cleaning the lobby. She continued with the drive-thru orders, and he kept cleaning. I waited for a total of five minutes before deciding to leave. I appreciate the importance of keeping the lobby clean, but you've just lost a customer to McDonald's.
I drive door dash let me tell ya, this place and wendys are the 2 worst, but this is a B.K review. A few weeks ago I went to pick up my orders employees were standing at the entrance door smoking a fat joint. Ive never had a contact buzz like that. Today I told the cashier something needs to change at this place, that there is no reason I should be waiting from 5-15 minutes when the place is not even busy by any means. He cops an attitude and tells me to go find a new job. It is unaceptable. I worked here 15 years ago and we set records. since then each year the place gets worse and slower.
Wow! This was definitely the cleanest and friendliest Burger King I've ever visited. The food was hot and delicious. The flame-grilled Whopper was particularly tasty and really hit the spot! My husband and I don’t usually eat fast food, but we will absolutely stop by here again when we pass through Morris in the future. The woman at the counter had a fantastic personality. As for wheelchair accessibility, I’m on crutches, and I found the parking to be easy and accessible. Book a table now
Absolutely never leave this place without making sure everything is in your order. I don’t mean this in a rude way but everyone there always seems under the influence of something and they always manage to mess up even the smallest orders : also food is usually cold, I feel like in stuck in a toxic relationship with this location. I love Burger King but the quality and service is so rough
Got home only to find the Texas Whopper didn't have bacon on it. This is the second time I've been here and twice my order was wrong. Wasn't even busy either.
Manager very loud and rude, Staff poorly trained, water machine not working and order was incomplete. Burger King can do better.
Always have my food nice and hot, always 10/10 service. I've been to plenty BKs in the area and this is probably the best Book a table now
Fish oil made hashbrowns taste disgusting. Lazy employees. Close this location.
