The Whopper I ordered definitely needed to be fresher, as the bread was hard. I tried to speak to the woman who seemed to be in charge, but it felt like she was ignoring me. Thankfully, another lady in the lobby helped me out, but the sandwich still didn’t taste fresh. This place really needs new cooks and fresher toppings. It seems like the staff making the sandwiches don’t care about freshness. I won’t be returning!

It seems that the employees are somewhat disengaged and haven't noticed the issues at hand. They follow their routines without much consideration for the menu or the customer service aspect. The staff appears to be young and inexperienced, especially at the front counters. Unfortunately, the service time is slow, which affects the overall dining experience rather than just the food quality.

By far the worst burger king experience for me. Chicken sandwich burnt and i mean burnt . Nuggets not far behind but not as bad. Fries were fine . The only thing that makes this experience better is the GrubHub's delivery man Desmond who got the food herein 15 mins instead of 30. He should get a raise and the cook should be fired.

Prodestant employees have not noticed. Just let's go your hired , work till you get use to the menu and your customer service with the public. It's being young all over when ordering front counter. The time has the job. Not the food service.
