Absolutely the worst BK I have ever been to. It was just 5 cars in the drive through and many employees working inside and it took 35 minutes for me to get to the pick up window, only to know that they don 't have my order and everyone is confused. If I had not already paid using the app, I would have left long time ago, so much for the 'fast food ' and no apologies from the pick up window girl either. And when the food finally showed up, it was not fresh and cold. Wish I could give less than 1 star to this place.
I've been to this location often but today's experience was a little different. The young lady who waited on me shined bright with positive energy that nothing could change . Definitely a young lady that others should follow the lead of. Thank you Vaniah , your positive attitude reflects onto all those around you.
Thank you Burger King my experience with you is always a good one. Even though the drive-thru was full everybody got what they ordered and we didn't mind waiting a little extra minutes just to get our order. Friendly and respectful. Awesome customer service and food was great as well
Food is Never even slightly warm. I got a whopper jr and there were 4 cold slices of cheese on it. Employee was too lazy to separate the cheese slices. I gave 2 stars because the teenager at the window was pleasant.
