We went to Burntwood for an early birthday celebration and we couldn’t be more pleased. The atmosphere is fun, laid back and enjoyable. The good and drinks came out hot and within a reasonable time. But the BEST part of the night was our server, Emma. She was attentive, energetic and very relatable. Great night out!
Clearly short staffed. One member's lunch was the wrong one-the replacement did not arrive until the rest of us had completed eating. In the meantime this member ordered a drink that never arrived at all. Food was mediocre.
We were going to a movie so it’s location was excellent. The server was pleasant and attentive. The food was fine, but nothing memorable.
Slow service, restaurant was extremely hot, AC malfunctioning. Short staffed. Took 45 minutes for food.
