We are well known regulars at. Cafe Mi, the manager knows exactly what my mother likes and how she likes it cooked. Excellent menu with a fantastic range of dishes.This is a cafe, not a restaurant, so don't expect fancy tablecloths or ambience. But the service is excellent, great value for money, and we have never had a disappointing meal yet.One great feature is a choice of menus. One is many pages long with the full range of dishes, one is a large single sheet with pictures accompanying the menu choices. Great if you want to know what you're getting.Be adventurous! Go for the Chefs choice - and enjoy!
We have been coming to this restaurant for the past 10 years. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The bratwurst is excellent and the rösttaube is also delicious. The open kitchen shows that everything is clean, well organized, and methodical. The kitchen staff are long-time employees who clearly enjoy their work. It's nice to see them taking a break and socializing together. The waitstaff is well-trained and dedicated. Many of the patrons are regular customers like us. Thank you to Susan and Theny for always making our dining experience enjoyable.
Situated next to the cinema in the Sunnybank Shopping Centre. Good wholesome Asian food - it is a Hong Kong style cafe with a good range of dishes. Good value set menus for lunch and dinner. Prices are very reasonable and my personal favorites are the BBQ dishes and the Portugese Chicken served in a bread cob. It is well patronised by locals. Certainly not fine dining but quality tasty unpretentious food. Tea is complimentary with meals.
I've eaten at Cafe Mi a fair few times in the past 3 years and it never fails to disappoint. The BBQ Pork and Wonton Soup is amazing and of course sizzling beef/ lamb. I've gone with family and friends and they were all pleasantly surprise at the good food and amazingly cheap prices. I recommend you try it if ever in Sunnybank. P.S: the service is pretty good too. have eaten here quite a few times while waiting to go to the cinemas next door. the staff have always been friendly and accommodating. the food, always great, beautiful flavours and well presented. would recommend this place if you're after a quick bite before hitting the movies
Good place to chill out before or after watching a movie at HOYTS Sunnybank Cinemas adjacent to this eatery. I highly recommend the sizzling pork mince and eggplant crispy noodles, I went there back to back days (no lie) to order the same thing, it's THAT good!
Their set lunch is excellent value with a choice of rice or spaghetti and European of Chinese soup and a hot drink. The Russian borscht is the bext in the area not so thei cream soups.. Friends also recommend the Chinese roast meat dishes.
Most restaurants inside a shopping centre don't usually have the best atmosphere but the food and service are good. The kitchen is in the middle so you can see your meal. Not bad. Book a table now
