We got attended to quite quickly and ordered our 6 tapas dishes between the 3 of us and a bottle of wine. The wine arrived quickly but the waitress struggled to open the bottle. When she poured us a glass, she rammed the cork back in the bottle. The first 4 dishes arrived okay and we commenced eating and drinking thinking the other 2 would arrive soon after. We poured a second glass of wine each only to find the cork had crumbled in to the bottle when she replaced it and our glasses of wine were ruined. After trying to get the attention of one of the other waiters, he eventually replaced our ruined glasses. The waiting staff then proceeded to come and go across the road, chatting with friend...
Have ate here past 2 years visiting Santa ponsa, tonight gut we went 2 adults and 1 child we waited 50 mins for food, was advertised 1/2 roast chicken with chips and salad, came out with no salad, no explanation why and the bolognaise from the kids menu was disgusting, she ate 2 bit’s and usually that’s her go to food if she doesn’t fancy anything else, ended up with nuggets and chips from the takeaway across the road, won’t ever return
4 years ago I ate here and it was fantastic. So for my first breakfast I went here. It was very disappointing. The service was mediocre at best. We ordered a full English breakfast and it was digusting. Firstly the food was cold like it had been left out ten minutes before being served to us. The black pudding was under cooked and the hash brown was over cooked. The person who did not have the English breakfast got decent food.
Pizza was overlooked, came out very dark. The fish was clearly frozen bought from the local shop, was mushy and far from fresh. Other person had prawn dish which was quite disgusting, prawns actually tasted gone off.
