The food here is excellent however this is the third time we received poor service from the server Adell. Once the food was delivered to the table he didn't return. He didn't ask if we liked are food, never refilled the water glass, never asked if we wanted a drink or dessert. He cleared my plate before I was done. This is absolutely appalling service.
the food we ordered was great, we ordered limonade and lobster ravioli. the ravioli was beautiful and comforting. our waiter was really nice and amiable. he was great to make suggestions. the lighting and mood of the restaurant was also cozy.
This is top notch service and amazing Italian cuisine!! Wonderful ambience too! Osam is the best waiter in the twin cities!!! So professional and knowledgeable! This is a must dining experience to put at the top of your list!
