So, I placed an online order tonight. A small Italian sandwich for my boyfriend and a medium for myself. On mine, I asked for no tomatoes and to add mayo, vinegar and oil. On my boyfriends, I had them add mayo and extra meat. Well, mine had tomatoes and the vinegar and oil was not added. I got a text from my boyfriend saying his has oil and vinegar on it, which he cannot have, and he was asking why there wasn?t tomatoes on his sandwich. So, they screwed up our orders that I spent over $21 on, and now my boyfriend can?t eat his lunch at 10pm while he is at work. I am giving two stars because I did call and they did refund me for my order, even when i told them I would be happy with just havin...
I went here during lunch since I was craving for their Cheese Steak. I ordered only and scheduled it for pick up at 3 pm. When I got there (which was on time), it was ready however the sandwich was already cold. I?m a little disappointed about it since it was probably sitting there for awhile.
The Wagyu beef is an unbelievable choice to say the least. They are extremely quick while around town delivering for our clients. The place is always clean and is always sure to put the hungry feeling in the dark! Thanks for the great service.
They call this a medium grilled Italian , tiny little chopped up meat in corner . I ordered extra cheese and this is what was served ! Never again. The rude employees said we will redo it and make it the same way !
