Had THE BEST fast food experience of my life here! At 2:30am no less! My husband and I got two chicken sandwiches and when we took bites out of them, the chicken felt a little bit underdone, and since the drive thru was nearly empty and we were still close, we decided to come back through and see if we could get them remade. Kudos to Alejandro for being amazing and apologizing to us multiple times! He even offered us both free desserts of our choice to make up for it! We tried to refuse and he wouldn't take no for an answer. AMAZING service, I am so impressed!
Stopped by here to get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I get to the window and am told they're out of coffee and it would 10 minutes to make more and I was told this with an attitude from the lady at the drive through window. I ordered the breakfast burger with no meat, as drive out I open the sandwich and notice it has bacon and a burger patty, I walk in to say it's wrong and I get attitude for asking for the correct item. I will NEVER return to this **** hole
This is the worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they gave me a regular one instead. I requested a specific cheese on my club sandwich, and they didn’t add any cheese at all, yet still charged me for it. I wouldn't recommend going here—the manager just stays in the back and clearly doesn’t care about the poor quality of service. The cooks completely messed up my order. I’m not even hungry anymore. Thanks for nothing!
I visited several Paramount locations, including Norwalk and Downey, and they all told me they couldn't provide me with extra Santa Fe dressing. My favorite burger is the Santa Fe chicken, which is absolutely delicious! I really enjoy this location because they prepared my burger just the way I like it. The food tastes great, and the customer service is top-notch. Book a table now
Great service! Went to this store twice in the last week. Amazing service from employee Juan. Even when it got busy, he kept his cool and gave great service. He was friendly and made sure our order was correct. Awesome employee!
I'll stop by on my lunch break every now and then. The food here has been good and the customer service has been excellent. It's a good location as well.
I got a 6 piece star, 3 fries 3 burgers I ask for ketchup barbecue he said I only Get one of each anything else is 50¢ extra.
Not even 10 am and the breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock. I didn't even get a receipt either. I threw them both away. Book a table now
