I ordered a The really big Carl and I didn't get a receipt to check what I got. When getting home I got a western bacon burger instead. I called the store and they said I should've got a receipt they always give a receipt but I never got one. The dude was understanding but said the only thing they can do is remake if I can back. I asked if I can come back another day because I live 25 mins away coming back from work. They said it has to be that night. I was Lowkey disappointed and sad : .
The Carl's Jr. in Yuba City, located at the corner of Hwy. 99 and Bridge Street, is poorly managed. The "manager" was seen giving away free coffee and food to friends while we waited for our order. She also took two personal calls on her iPhone during our wait. It took over 25 minutes to receive our "fast food." When I expressed my concerns, the manager refused to share her name. If you must eat at Carl's Jr., I recommend going to the location at the corner of Hwy 20 and Tharp instead.
The young lady didn't know how to count the money. I asked for fresh food the food was old . Horrible experience despite the experience I was greeted with in Sunday morning. Whom ever works Friday nights the entire group of teenagers seriously needs to be trained again. Also it has absolutely no flavor. What was mine bugging we waited fifteen minutes for no fresh food.
I was ignored for probably 5 minutes waiting at the counter to put in my order and I started to wonder if they were actually open (this was a Sunday morning). The children that "work "there got my order completely wrong and the burgers were cold and the fries soggy.the manager needs to tell them to repeat the order back to the customer so as not make mistakes like this. Iwll.not going back to the Bridge st.location
This place sucks. They mess up your orders on purpose and they smash your food (ex: they smashed my chicken sandwich stocked it in the bag. one star.
Lactose intolerant. I clearly ordered a hamburger, not a cheeseburger, and requested no cheese. However, I was served a cheeseburger.
The food I had tasted like boiled meat, the fried items were overcooked, and my jalapeño poppers were hollow inside. Book a table now
