I don't think I've ever left a drive-thru angry before. My last visit to this restaurant was different. Everything from ordering to receiving my order was terrible. Let me preface by saying I have managed restaurants for over 20 years and I have never been treated so rudely. The young lady at the drive-thru window was so disrespectful and blatantly dismissive that it was insulting. When I pulled up to the window, she wouldn't even look at me. She had a dour look and gave me my total. After handing my receipt, she continued to hand me my kids' meals and other items without saying a single word or looking at me. The young girl at the drive-thru should not be representing your brand or working customer service. I went to the drive-thru to get some food around 9:30 p.m. Her attitude was awful and she didn't make eye contact with me the entire time I was waiting at the drive-thru window. She didn't even open the window to take my payment or greet me. I was just sitting in my car waiting at the window until my food was ready. It's almost like she didn't want to deal with me. Good food, but horrible service, guess the one that handles walk in customer was on break. The drive thru guy was stressing. Also the soda machine drinks tasted bad ? cutting back on the syrup? And were out of fried zucchini.
