Chick-fil-a - Table reservation

I work in the mall for over 4 years and today experience the worst customer service. The line was ridiculously long only two people on the cashier, only person banging orders. First the cashier got annoyed with me because I said I would like my cookie warmed please she ignored me then I said it twice the. told me they don’t warm cookies I said since when I came here for years now that’s its new staff I can’t have it. She went and told the manager. They made me wait 20 mins for a warmed cookie and my food was cold by the time they gave it to me and then when I got to my destination I noticed they didnt even give my sauce. This place needs better staff polite poor customer service

First let me say the food was as good as it always is. But I had probably the worst customer service I have ever had here. It was around 12:45 on Wed (9-8-21) and I noticed that one of cashiers is wearing his mask around his chin. This concerns me but I let it slide. He calls me over and I see his name is Kyle. From that moment on he was rude and very curt with me. Then asked me my name and I couldn't understand him and asked me again but he was very annoyed at this point. I have never had anyone treat me this way. I hope he was just having a bad day and had some additional training to fix this

They need to open at least 10am because we nurses have lunch at 10 love love chick fila

Order was cold and had to wait over 20 min to get my order. But other than that was ok
