This is not against the local franchisee but the main office. I completed a survey after a visit and was awarded a free chicken sandwich. I received the code in an email. When I went to use it, the code would not open. I called Customer Service three times and was told each time they saw the code was not used and would try to send it again to my email. Three times I was told they would escalate the situation to a higher level. On the 3rd call, I spoke to the higher level who still could not find a way to send me another code.
