The young lady that took my order had indicated it was carry out in error. My name was called I explained I would be eating in. I was giving a tray to fetch my food from the take out rack. I received much attitude from this young lady. I spoke with the manager black lady with a afro an she didn't seem to care. This was not the cheerful chic-fila experience I have grown accustomed to.
I came today 12/2 at 440 and the line was long Haley asked for help and didn’t get no one person to help her they just stood around smiling and laugh and talking HALEY EXECUTED THE LINE BY HERSELF MAKING ALL OF HER DRINKS WITH A SMILE SHE NEEDS A RAISE SHE HAS WONDERFUL SERVICE !!!!I SPOKE WITH MADISON TO LET HER KNOW THAT HALEY WAS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB !!!! GREAT JOB HALEY !!!
amazing experience my children had we went today and big surprise we met santa! beautiful place decorated for christmas my children were happy and they even read him a story and the incredibly impressive service I really felt very comfortable and happy about everything in general in this place ! 10/10
