Quality is slipping here. Last two orders I’ve had were incorrect. Today's chicken sandwich had the smallest, cold piece of chicken breast I’ve ever seen at Chick Fil A. Ordered a deluxe sandwich regular (not spicy) and it came with a slice of pepper jack instead of American. Employee brought out a slice of American to correct it. I’m writing this as I finish my sandwich and the cheese is still cold, unmelted, as the chicken breast had no heating properties to it. Long story short: the value isn’t there anymore. $7 for a tiny, cold sandwich isn’t it. I often chat with my family in Oregon, and they frequently mention, "We're on our way to Chick-fil-A." So, I decided to give the Chick-fil-A near my home in California a try, and now it has become my favorite spot for dining out. My elderly twin uncles are quite particular about their food, but when I surprised them with two Market Salads from Chick-fil-A, I was amazed to see that they both loved them! Now, I make the 35-mile drive once a week just to bring them their Market Salads. They also enjoy the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches. The quality has gone down hill. Two times in a row, my food was bad. The last time I ordered a grilled chicken. sandwich. It was cold and the bun was stale. Hardly worth the $8+.
