I recently had the misfortune of dining at Chili's Bar and Grill, and it was an experience I wish I could erase from my memory. The ambiance felt like a desperate attempt to combine every tacky decor element imaginable. It's as if they raided a 90s garage sale and threw everything together – from mismatched chairs to bizarre wall art that could induce migraines. The menu was a confusing mishmash of uninspired dishes that left my taste buds questioning their life choices. The signature dishes tasted like they were created by someone with a blindfold and a dartboard, resulting in a chaotic blend of flavors that left me questioning why I even bothered. I cant even describe how bad this experience was for me. I ordered the chicken crispers and I break them open for them to cool down. THERE WAS A HAIR INSIDE THE CHICKEN. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THIS HAPPEND BUT SOON ENOUGH I FOUND ANOTHER ONE IN THE 2ND CRISP I OPENED. I ended up calling up a manager, and just to top everything off she smelled like she came straight from the sewers. completely lost my appetite after this. even after I kindly stated what my problem was, she didn't even offer me a refund. straight up just left. I can't believe what this place has turn into. I hope u guys get nuked ?
As soon as I sat down the table was very sticky and you could tell the table wasn’t clean at all. The server wasn’t bad but it took almost 30 minutes for our food to get here! When I did get my food I took a bite and it was cold! My little boy got the kids pizza and he said the pizza was cold as well! Also I politely asked for some ranch and the server said yes but never came with ranch!

Everything was great. Server was on top of everything.Parking: Mall, Walmart and mall share same parking lot. Depending on time of day, it can be difficult to find parking unless you park further away.
My family and friends always opt for this Chili's. The staff is consistently friendly and kind. I love the 3-for-Me deal. We will definitely keep coming back!
The tables were dirty, the food was questionable, and this location could really benefit from new management.
