Do NOT go to this location at night!!! Their white male shift manager is highly defensive, aggressive, and stubborn. I had placed a curbside pick up order and it said it would be ready at 8:55-9:00pm I arrived at 9pm and checking via the app, stating my vehicle make, model, color, and the spot number I was in. Two chili employees that appeared to be handling togos based off being seen working behind the counter, took turns walking out the front door to hit vapes. It wasn’t until the female employee once she was outside noticed me in my vehicle and went back inside to speak to her male colleague, I knew they were talking about my order based off being pointed at repeatedly by both parties. I drove 30 minutes to get to the place because it says it closes at 10 pm! I arrived at 9:30 and they told me that there is no longer service although there are still people eating in the place! I stopped going to another restaurant because I love this place and I'm in the city for a walk and I preferred to go here because I already know the food is good! But attention leaves a lot to say!!!! They should update the schedules so as not to waste a trip and a dinner!
The food at San Bruno Chillis is good but the service will make a negative impact on food. The service is soooooo bad ..I dont know why is it still open. OmG..its a hell hole. Please go and see it for yourself and you will be writing a review like me. It's sad we are in this situation..Chillis in san Bruno needs a 180 make up. Pls help.
We to Chili's San Bruno California for lunch on our anniversary, Valentine's Day. Marisa, our Server, was so sweet, kind accommodating. Food was delicious sizzling combo fajita with steak, shrimp, chicken, veggies, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, tortillas, etc. Would go back recommend! Book a table now
Terrible attention from the waiters, very rude to serve, they pass by you, see you and leave. You ask them to serve you and they ignore you, they leave and come back but they never serve you.??they should improve that please. I add that the cutlery is really disgusting and dirty.
Very slow service due to shortage of staff, food was cold overcooked. We ordered 2 drinks of the same thing and only 1 had booze in it, the other was mixer? I usually like going to Chili's very much but this location was terrible.
Best place!!! Top notch service and food. I adore. Best option for fun and great food.
