I've visited this restaurant two weeks in a row, and my experience has been disappointing. During my first visit, I assumed they were just having an off day because I've never encountered such slow service at a Chili's before, and the food didn't meet the usual corporate standards. Unfortunately, my second visit was even worse. Reflecting on it, I remembered that three of my friends had warned me about this location, saying it was terrible. They mentioned that if they hadn't experienced other Chili's restaurants, they would never want to go to one again. Honestly, I feel the same way now.
