Chili's Grill - Table reservation

Worst hostess experience ever. I arrived at 7:15 and was a party of one as my friends are out of town. I always get bad service when I dine alone which I hate, but have come to expect in this obnoxious extroverted oriented culture. However this experience takes the cake as worst one yet. I was first offered to sit at some kind of communal table in the bar with a family. I said I don't like eating with other people. If they were all strangers then maybe but not a family as a single man, it would be too awkward. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a different table which was understandable I suppose, although most places would offer to seat you at the bar, which didn't happen here. I was texted on...

I have often gone to this chill, and the inconvenience of quality no longer makes me visit this place. last night, I ordered one. I have some paintings and even with my experience in the past I decided to go. the steaks we ordered did not even come to us medium, it was less rare than anything. it was also ordered medium size, but you could not even see a line of cooked meat. it was just red. the child's meal lacked that it was drinking and the mais on the cob was muddy and rough. great food, good price, but long wait for tables to wash. play for the children, we celebrated the birthday of my sohnes and got him the melted lava cake that was delicious. I had the dazzling chicken chanchatas, which is always delicious and a lot to eat. husband had a burger who was great, and many adult drinks to choose. kid had a steak and kartoffel he said was also amazing. server was amazing, very attentive and friendly.

employees do not have customer service skills and will be flat because they do not feel how to serve them. not family-friendly. we've been here for years, but definitely not planning anymore*. our server was very nice. the bartender and the host were rude. the host didn't even know when happy hour was, or perhaps even lied about it.
