Waited for a half an hour for my order that , I have placed online and set up a time to pick it up .bad customer service . if you want a side of wait all day and attitude to go along with your food . then go to this chipotle . if I was the manager I would at least apologize to everyone for the long wait and gave them a small free fountain drink for their inconvenience . incredibly unorganized loading, open them around midday?! what? the load is dirty, eat all over it area, everywhere, they can probably make a whole burrito out of the witness on the floor. I put my order at 11:30 a.m. to be picked up at 12 noon a.m., waited until 12:30 and they couldn't do it, I went on work. never again in these invite to come, children behind the counter move very slowly, except that the girl actually makes the dishes and burritos, she did her the best.
