Chipotle Mexican Grill

Eat for the first time in this Chipotle restaurant. We ordered steak bowl it was good to cost, but compared to other chipotle locations the portions were small. The staff were nice and friendly, the restaurant was not so crowded. My only note to them is that they should worry more about cleaning there were not much clean tables that I myself cleaned our table, cleaning should be the priority of the restaurant especially today with all these viruses and bacteria.

I recently ordered online to pick up an order on my way home. I'm on crutches when the Chiptole employee saw me fighting, he offered me to bring my order to my car. He even cracked the order into the passenger seat so that he did not slip around and spill while I was driving. It was an amazing act of kindness and great customer service. Besides my order was perfectly completed and was delicious!

Probably the worst chipotle to visit in Naples/Estero area. I asked for guac and he gave me a 1oz instead of the typical 4oz I even asked him to put it in the portion cups they provide but still decided to not fill it. No cilantro in the rice at all,beans looked like mud, chicken was way too over cooked. And line was filthy. Never will I return to this location.

I ordered a bowl last night 11/18/22 and everything was fine until after I finished eating. I was extremely sick from about 2AM until 11AM this morning. I didn?t eat anything else all day. My bowl had chicken, steak, and lettuce in it so not sure what wentwrong. I?m going to stay away from this location now.

This place used to be awesome but management is running it into the ground. Food is mediocre, service is always super slow, but worst of all the manager is so incredibly rude. I personally won?t give up on chipotle, just this location. Which sucks becauseit?s close to work
