Chipotle Mexican Grill

I always feel rushed when I order at this Chipotle location. They often forget parts of my order unless I watch them make it. They tend to ignore customers at the counter because they are focused on quickly moving through orders. There have been many occasions where I returned after placing an online order only to find that my order was missing rice, beans, salsa, or guacamole. It would be understandable if this happened occasionally, but it seems to happen every time.

Every time I visited this new location, I was greeted with a warm "Hello!", "Welcome!", or "Good afternoon!" Despite wearing face masks, I could see that the employees were sincere and greeted me with a smile. The employees were attentive and it was evident from the cleanliness and efficiency of their stations. Tisha and Sam stood out with their exceptional customer service and their pride in their work was evident.

We've tried this location 3 times and wish this location wasn't added to our area. This location is the only option for delivery to our home. Poor quality, orders not made correctly, and long wait times. We love chipotle but this location does not possess the same standard as other locations.

The portions are always generous, but the brown rice is consistently undercooked and even the white rice is dry and crunchy, causing discomfort for my teeth. Despite this issue, I have enjoyed dining at this restaurant five times. Please improve the quality of the rice!

mari is great! She took care of one command when we came in, but we were greeted immediately. she has not everything in bowl, super friendly and fast service. Thank you. You rock!
