This place used to be a staple in my diet! The food is so good, but I stopped coming here 5 months or so ago because the service went from a 10 to a 1. They regularly change their ordering restrictions to online only with no notice, and they are running at about a 30% success rate of delivering the food ordered online by the time it is promised. So, after 5 or so months going to different restaurants like CoreLife, who don’t seem to have the same employee shortage problem, I figured I’d come try Chipotle out again… well they failed again. I was here yesterday to eat something for me after a long day and mean man. I ordered two burritos. I asked for a mild sauce on both of them and was shocked when the hired had drowned over a cup sauce on both. I would have asked her to remake her, but both of them did not seem kind at all, and I know that it was the end of the night and they looked like they didn't want him there at all, so I thought it might be okay. I was soou wrong. the burritos were not even edible. my gums began to bleed as hot that was eating. I have given this Chipotle many chances throughout the years. Every time I go something is wrong. Today my order was 20 minutes after the app told me to pick it up and they were out of chips for the day. Last time the guacamole I ordered was half full with literally just a chunk of avocado. The time before that the messed up my whole bowl and I had to throw it away. I love chipotle and the food is delicious, but this location is getting ridiculous. I hope they are able to get to train more people and get back to the Chipotle gold standard, but until then avoid this location.
Doesn’t deserve any stars- terrible experience- my poor husband’s bowl barely had any rice. My daughters Steak burrito looked pathetic- they ran out of chips. My steak bowl looked horrible the steak looked dry my rice portion was supposed to be extra looked like a normal portion should be! This isn’t the first horrible experience- it has happened before but I had hoped for a better experience- I once enjoyed Chipotle but this restaurant has since changed my mind! I will not be returning!
