I'm a fan of this Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in The Great Mall. I've visited a number of times and each time I have left satisfied. The business isn't always busy- at least not during my visits- but when the lines grow, the employees are pretty quick and efficient. They may not be the friendliest workers but they most definitely get you in and out quickly. Food is always tasty, though it can be skimpy. Can't hold that against them because ALL Chipotle eateries are essentially like that. Lol. The protein is normally cooked well and isn't dry. 4 stars. Corn salsa is AMAZING, make sure you request for EXTRA.
Decided to go here with a friend since they were craving chipotle and I haven't had chipotle in over a year. This location only gets 2 stars because the food quality was good nonetheless. The service needs much improvement as the worker didn't provide enough scoops from my requests, and they ran out of white rice and chicken when I ordered. It's a popular spot because of its brand but this location was extremely unkempt with spills on the floor, lack of plastic utensils, and food all over the floor. I wouldn't recommend coming unless it's not busy.
WARNING ON APP ORDER. I decided to order Chipotle on the app for pickup. Burrito bowl that included steak and pinto beans. When I was ready to eat the food in the car on my lunch break, the order was incorrect. Instead, It had chicken and black beans. OMG I was so disappointed. I finished the food anyways with less craving. Out of all the meats it had to be chicken (my least favorite on a burrito bowl). I am never going to order on the app again. I advised on making sure to check your order before leaving.
Chipotle is always a good and quick lunch option, and I can expect relative consistency as long as I order in person. This location in particular tends to be a bit busy and rushed, but it also means food is always fresh. I love the new chicken Al pastor. This is probably one of the best fast food options that allows for healthy choices and lots of protein. I've never eaten in-restaurant here, and I'd suggest not doing so given how busy it gets.
