Chipotle Mexican Grill

I go to chipotle all the time because I love it, and I have gone to this specific location of chipotle often since it’s near my work and I can assure you this is by far the worst chipotle for everything. Absolutely no offense to the people who work their but it’s almost as if they just have no braincells or are just not trained whatsoever. Almost every time I have got a meal here there is something wrong with the food looks like it’s been sitting for hours or not even done correctly or they will charge you for something in which you literally didn’t even order, and then the workers will proceed to look and talk to you like you’re the one in the wrong when you try to correct them. food is fine. it's chipotle. sometimes they mess up but it's no big deal. i don't like leaving bad yelp reviews. but whenever i come in, at least one of the staff members is rude to me. it's usually the same lady. i work in costumer service as well. i am a waitress. it's not easy when people are rude to you to continue on with your shift. however, i am extremely polite every time i come in and the energy i'm getting back is so cold and condescending. i'm writing this hoping that management will train the staff with BASIC costume service knowledge; starting with ACKNOWLEDGING A COSTUMER !!! no hate to these people, i just don't understand why i constantly get treated poorly at this chipotle.

Not good, it has good photos of food and when they serve you it is all dry, they serve you very little and without flavor, I didn't like it and it was very expensive,
