The line was wrapped around the dining area, yet employees were mingling, laughing, and some were even on their phones in the back. If there’s a manager on duty, they need to be retrained or replaced because it’s clear they lack authority and don’t know how to effectively run a shift. It’s honestly embarrassing. It took nearly an hour just to reach the front to place an order because, midway through, half the staff decided it was a good time to clean instead of managing the rush and helping customers through the line. The place was incredibly filthy, and the manager should have been there assigning tasks to help when things got backed up. I really hope the franchise owner visits as a custo...
I've never received my pickup order on time from this place. I usually order through the app, and when I arrive to pick up, the shelves are always empty. I have to check on my order, which is always “getting ready” in the back kitchen for an average of 15 minutes. They are extremely slow, and I find myself having to follow up on the status of my order repeatedly. At times, they even have the audacity to tell me that someone else has picked up my order after I've already waited several minutes. Even when they do finally hand over my order, it's often incorrect. They really deserve a negative rating for their pickup service.
I ordered in the app and first I would like to say just the new Chipotle on Clinton Keith wraps their tacos and labels them individually, I hope you guys start to as well. I ordered 3 tacos that were unfortunately heavy on sour cream, a lot of cheese, low on chicken , and all wrapped together in foil, smashed together. I really think you all should take the time to make the tacos neater and with some care.
the past 3 times i've been here i had to wait 15-20 minutes for rice and chicken, the main components of any bowl. Not only that but the rice was raw one of those times. When i asked manager Xander to provide some free chips or something for my wait he said he is unable to do so and that they are short staffed. Not giving this location another chance and i would recommend you don't either. Book a table now
This place doesn 't open on time and on the rare occasions they do open no food is ready. So, all you can do is wait 30 minutes in a restaurant that looks like it was half-way cleaned. You can see why they have the lowest rating of all restaurants in the 3 surrounding shopping centers.
Definitely chipotle lowered the quantity of the meat they use now. Bad service , the place was dirty, floors and tables not cleaned. Ran out of several ingredients and didn't refill on time. Long line waiting.
I had a somewhat frustrating experience at this location. We arrived at 8 PM on a Friday, and they were out of salsa, barbacoa, guacamole, and chips. It seemed like they didn't really care about the situation.
It's a shame this Chipotle has no management. The place is dirty a bunch of teenagers running it. Last time I go there. It's a nice location, but very bad management and dirty Book a table now
Super inconvenient. Didn’t have change for a cash Payment. And when I came back for my food I had to wait back in line and order again.
