So idk if there is a better time to go to Chipotle because the last few times we went have been disappointing. When we first started going to Chipotle a few months ago, they gave us nice big generous portions. Our bowls were full and we could eat multiple times, at least twice from one visit. But lately when we have been going, after 7pm they have been skimpy with the portions and the pans are low on food but they don't close until 10pm. So, at 7pm there is no reason they should be low on food when they have 3 hours left in the day. I understand if I get skimpy portions if I come in right before closing. First time ever at Chipotle, and at this location. I never cared to try it but I decided to try it today, and well.. the food was good tasting, except it wasn't very hot. My chicken wasn't hot and neither was the cilantro lime rice. Nor was my hubby's steak bowl with the rice, beans and cheese, pico de Gallo, lettuce, and guacamole I paid $11 for. None of it was hot as food should have been; hot and fresh. Presentation was very sloppy as the young woman piled it on top of each other. Gave my food to someone else and when that person came back a few minutes later thay tried giving me the same food that person returned all opened then give me a attitude. Then had me go back in line after I had paid for my food. Thay served that food to a online customer emptied the content into a tortilla.Very despicable and disgusting that was on 2/4/24 med day. Two girls you know who you are.
Great food! I was next in line to pay when two officers came in behind me to place their orders. I thanked both of them for their service and shook their hands, and I couldn't help but notice one of the Latina workers rolling her eyes at me. I found that pretty amusing. The service here is consistently poor, and the staff often have an attitude. They never fill the sauce to the top, and I feel discriminated against every time I visit. The employees are always rude. I would rate it 0/10; I would gladly drive far to find a decent meal elsewhere.
Best chipotle in town. I’ve been to many many chipotle locations and this 1 just knows how to get my burritos/bowls right. They are very clean , neat and professional. Highly recommend.
As always, the bowls and wraps are exceptional! However, one staff member seemed rushed to serve the next customer. I'm not sure if this was because of the lunchtime rush.
