Although normally I don’t leave negative reviews, the cashier I had today Macy was incredibly rude and hostile to me when I asked a clarifying question.My order came out to double what it normally does even though I always order the same thing. I asked Macy why the price was different solely for understanding and was met with eye rolls and attitude and an exasperated, “there’s nothing I can do!” Nobody asked for a price reduction I was just confused.I’ve worked in customer service for about 10 years now and the attitude I was met with was unwarranted when all I wanted was to understand.Other than this unfortunate encounter, the rest of the employees have always been wonderful! We all girlfriends enjoyed going out together all the time. This is one of our favorite places to chit chat and grab a quick bite. Most of us ordered vege bowl and sofritas which is made of tofu.Staff is friendly and it was a clean place as well.Parking: Sometimes parking is tough to find.
This location only has one person on-duty to serve your order. The line was long. Other workers at back either prep food or does some cleaning. They will drop in to help the on-duty server to take care the cash register. Burrito was very salty but had good portion.
Rating low poor quality of service . I had placed online order for V Salad . Item had meat . I wouldn’t recommend Chipotle if you’re vegetarian or allergic to certain food item . They don’t do sufficient training not to mix up food items . Book a table now
Went here to order a bowl of chicken and pork, the lady gave me 1/4 of spoon of chicken, I can even count it, it has 4 pieces of chicken when I start eating it. This is the worst store ever. Don't bother coming here.
The meat portions at this Chipotle are significantly smaller than at other locations I've visited. I would not recommend coming here, as the service is also lacking.
Staff barely put any meat on the burrito it day they did not have enough carne asada. Then barely put any salsa, sure cream , or cheese on it.
