Esta vez mi problema fue con la cajera que no escuchaba y era grosera directamente en mi cara y pensaba que estaba hablando groseramente de mí en español en mi cara, pensando que no entendía lo que decía. Esta es la última vez que pongo un pie en este lugar y nunca recomendaría a nadie ser atendido aquí. Y todavía me cobró $2.30 extra porque no sabía hacer cuentas. No me importa el cambio en la diferencia, son las cosas irrespetuosas que dijo en español pensando que no la entendía.
I encountered a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. There was only one person on duty, and they were busy cooking in the back without greeting or assisting the five customers who were waiting. There was no acknowledgment of our presence at all, so I decided to leave. Plus, the counters were dirty. I won't be returning to this location!
I had a disappointing experience at this branch. A new employee prepared my chipotle bowl, and it was really subpar—I ended up throwing half of it away. I believe the manager should have a conversation with him about it. I can only give it a 1 out of 5.
