Came in, there was a very long line which was no issue. Once I got to the front I asked for soft tacos, but they did not inform me that there was no chicken as it was being cooked nor did they give me the option to wait. The store was also completely out of white rice. When I said that I do not want a different protein and that I only eat chicken, they crumbled my order up and threw it away. To top it off, I ordered a drink and their soda machine isn't even working which they did not inform us of before purchasing the drink, I would not have ordered it if I had known. Very disappointing service.
I visited this restaurant with my parents, who had never tried Chipotle before. I ordered three salads, and halfway through the order, I realized I wanted dressing for the salads. That's when I was informed that they were out of dressing! In my opinion, the dressing is what makes the salad delicious. The staff didn’t seem to care or offer an apology. I really wish they would have mentioned that they were out of dressing when I was placing my order, as I would have chosen something different. Communication shouldn't be that difficult. Vegetarian options are plentiful; you can customize nearly any dish to be meat-free.
this specific chipotle is the stingiest mf in the world. they do not give you HALF of what most chipotle’s will and it’s awkward to have to ask them to give you more scoops when they are scoop after scoop giving you nothing. listen now, I’ve been to my fair share of chipotles and consider myself a very frequent flyer at chipotle’s in San Diego, for some reason the employees at this one are actively taught to rip you off. if you go to this chipotle make sure you tell them to give you fair proportions or else youll get a bowl fit for a child’s appetite.
Terrible experience. They were practically out of everything, and with a lot of customers arriving around 7 PM, the staff was constantly announcing that they had run out of half their menu items, including soda. To make matters worse, no one bothered to fill the ice machine. Many people came in and then left immediately. They should have just closed for the night. Where is the owner of this franchise? Book a table now
Every time I go in this place they are either short staffed, not taking card, or online orders onlydue to a large catering order. Tables never get cleaned and the bathrooms are disgusting.
Food is always good but wasn't very clean inside and almost all the sodas weren't working.
