I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. There was nothing available—no drinks, no chips, no sour cream, and no salsa. The place was dirty, from the food area to the soda fountain. There were straws, containers, cups, and caps scattered everywhere. I was also overcharged; I’ve been to Chipotle countless times and have never paid $55 for just one burrito and two bowls. It seemed like there were only kids working, and the whole place was disorganized and chaotic. Overall, it was the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
I’ve had three unsatisfactory experiences at this restaurant, and I've decided not to return. During my last visit, an item was left out of my bag, and I only realized it once I got home. Additionally, I overheard an employee speaking poorly about other staff members and boasting about how she manages her shifts better. Lastly, the portions were quite small—even the rice, which is typically the least expensive item. Those three issues were enough for me; each visit has brought something unpleasant.
I knew i hated chipotle!! Haven’t been in about 8 years. Establishment doesn’t close until 11 come in tell me they only taking online orders online. Then get to the app to try and order app wasn’t working properly. Probably be another 8 years before i try and give them some money again. “SEM SEM” WAYYYYYYY BETTER ANYWAY!!
Burrito from here was tiny and tasted so bad my dog even spit it out. Also they are always missing random stuff like chips or cheese later in the evening. Don’t go here there’s a good chance you’ll be disappointed as the chipotle of impossible to get a rerun from and you will want one. Book a table now
It's been about 2 years since I've been to chipotle, lemme say, I haven't missed out!!! If u wanna pay $12 for a mediocre BLAND tasting burrito or bowl, then u got the right place! If u have a Bubakoos burritos near you, save your money and go to Bubakoos.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and they seem to always be out of something, no matter when I stop by. The staff can also be quite rude, which doesn’t help the overall experience.
Service was ok. Staff could've been more friendly but no one was rude . Food was great !
