This Chipotle location is disappointing. The burrito was tiny—hardly even half of a regular size—and they barely included any steak, even though we’re paying for it. Additionally, there was way too much rice. The chips were cold when they should have been warm. If you're looking for a truly good burrito, I recommend El Burrito instead. It's too expensive to settle for Chipotle when you can get a better burrito elsewhere.
I stopped by to get a burrito bowl because I had been craving one all day, and the service was amazingly fast! I felt like I was in and out within a minute! The dining area was spotless, and the staff was lively and appeared to genuinely enjoy their work, which made me happy. Additionally, I decided to customize my usual order today, and with the new modifications, it tasted fantastic! Great job to everyone!
The preparation area was unclean, with so much food residue on the counter that it ended up sticking to my order. The young manager was also quite rude.
