Chipotle Mexican Grill

I tried to give them a chance today. unfortunately it wasn't great. in my experience chipotle has always been known for their cleaner, slimmer and more fresh ingredients. this chipotle chicken is always way over seasoned, cut into MASSIVE bites, and is cut with fat pieces that are not edible peeled. each bite has in the rule a piece away fat/grief. not sure whether this is the new standard for chipotle, or if it is a very isolated problem with this special location. either there must generally be better quality control and focus on getting chipotle back on what it was earlier.

They still don't improve their wrapping skills and the toppings are not evenly spread on the burrito. The red sauce is EXTREMELY spicy they are not doing it right I love spicy and this location is ridiculous. It's so spicy you can't taste anything else I couldn't even finish my food because it burn my tongue!!! Get your recipes measured right. Not coming here for a long time better stop at Qdoba same thing :

If you are going to advertise and promote a new product, you would think that you will be better prepared for the high demands and have enough backup to meet that demand. Having to wait 10 minutes to finally get served and then to be told that it will take 15 minutes to replenish said item was ludicrous so we gladly went to Qdoba. Good luck on your new promotion.

While chipotle is quite good in the regular, this restaurant location was so loud: the server couldn't hear me when I ordered, they got my choice wrong and had to start, I ended after screaming so they could hear me. Hey, how's 'bout the f-ing music down, how's the point??

I enjoy coming to this chipotle, great customer service. Besides the customer service, the food is always great. The chicken is flavorful and the lettuce does not taste like it’s been in the fridge for days.-Vega Approved ??
