Okay. Not sure what I expected of a Chuck E Cheese, but at least you would expect the arcade games to produce tickets. If the game is about winning tickets (which is about half of the machines), and none of them actually give you tickets, is it then just a rip-off? Like certain games have literally zero value of entertainment if they don't produce tickets. Also, compared to a year ago, each game absolutely has fewer lives, harder difficulty, or fewer attempts. I guess they're really trying to eke out every penny from you. The food was decent. Always been a Fan of the Franchise and even after viewing many fan created videos about the Brand that were not shining a positive light on any part of CEC THeN even after fact checking the shockingly gross information...It's clear the company gives no craps at all about anything but the companies total profit... Yet...i could care less about any of it because my bottom line is the PRICELESS feeling of jOy my children get and have always gotten just hearing they might be going toclUb chUcksterso when we get lost and left with empty pockets we don't even notice because? OUR HEARTS ARE FULL ?
The place smelled like poop and diapers and all the arcades had dirty diapers and rat poop on it I accidentally touched the rat poop and I ran to the bathroom but the bathroom was disgusting with more poop and diapers with toilet paper all over the place it also smelled horrible there. The pizza looked like it was recycled and the pizza tasted like cardboard and it had poop on it also don't go there at any cost trust me the place is awful
Took my son for pizza and games. Ordered a medium pizza and started to play while we waited for our food to be done. We played for an hour before I went to go check to see what the hold up was with our food, the cashier never put our order in or the kitchen never received the ticket for our order, I forgot what the excuse was. My daughter loves this place! Every Monday or Tuesday, we go there to order a medium stuffed crust pizza and medium buffalo wings. She enjoys the pizza, but she's starting to get a bit bored with the rides and arcade games. I hope they add more attractions. This is the closest restaurant to us, and it has easy parking and friendly staff.
The pizza was disappointing and not worth the price. The staff appeared to be quite disinterested in their work. However, there were many games available for the kids to enjoy.
The atmosphere is quite dull. It took a long time for our food to arrive—30 minutes just for a pizza. The staff also provided poor service.
