I went to meet the amazing Abuela who was working there today. She and her granddaughter were extremely nice. The customer service alone will have me coming back, but the cinnamon roll tasted amazing. Thank you for an awesome experience. If you're reading this Abuela, you made our day by wanting a photo with us. You definitely helped me to kick off my week in a positive way.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the extremely slow service. The staff seemed completely unaware of the customers waiting for assistance, and it felt like they were barely moving. If those two employees continue to work there, I won't be returning. Their performance was so sluggish and ineffective that I believe they should be let go.
I absolutely love this place! They have another location in Livermore, but this one is far superior. I've always been a fan of Cinnabon and can never get enough of their treats! If you're craving some delicious cinnamon rolls, I highly recommend visiting Cinnabon at the Stoneridge Mall.
Got me a 16 pack of bonbites togo . I have such a sweet too , cinnabons are so delicious feels like everyone I walk by one I always have to eat one. They lady who helped me was very sweet. Thank you guys again for the amazing treat. I will definitely enjoy when getting home : Book a table now

The woman that works there is rude and seemed annoyed when I asked simple questions about the food. A bad customer service experience makes people not want to eat from somewhere.
Tried to buy $19 worth of Cinnabon’s and they wouldn’t take a $50 bill so I left useless who doesn’t take American cash anymore
