As far as I'm concerned, cinnabons never have enough icing, so I always order extra. When I saw the guy didn't charge me, I asked again for the extra icing; he assured me, 'yeah, I got it,' and I didn't think twice. I come home to eat my cinnamon roll, and I didn't get the extra icing. Super weird and just annoying because I asked for it twice. I'm not sure what he thought I was asking for, but definitely check your order to make sure it's right. I usually check my bag after getting food, but I assumed (after asking twice) that I would have gotten it, but that's on me, I guess. 🤷‍♂️
I've visited this restaurant twice, and I recently redeemed a shake using my Cinnabon points. However, it wasn't prepared the same way as a regular order. I wish they would treat all orders equally since the points come from actual purchases. Anyway, I think they should lower their prices because they're quite high for a dessert shop!
For$9.00 you would expect 2 fresh Cinnabon! But the ones that we picked up near Stoughton, WI were horrible! They were hard as a rock tasted like cardboard! it makes me wonder how many weeks that they have been sitting there!! Even after being warmed up, they were bad!!
The older fair skin lady with glasses is so rude to her coworkers. I've visited multiple times and she always looks annoyed and the way she talks to the other employees is very disrespectful. The youngsters seem to have more pride and joy to help us than her. Do better. Book a table now

Quick service! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only drawback was that the lemonade was a bit too sweet.
