Visited 2/3/23 9:20PM I came to Cold Stone with my wife and son. We were not greeted when we walked in. Employees looked bothered at customers coming in. I ordered a German Chocolate Cake and was then charged for all the ice creams we ordered, to then tell me there were no more brownies when the employee was halfway through making the ice cream. Knowing there weren't any brownies I would have ordered differently. I was already charged and didn't want to deal with getting a return. The employees' horrible attitude of not wanting to be there and the fact I wasn't told sooner about what wasn't available made it the worst experience I've ever had at Cold Stone.
This is my sixth visit to a Cold Stone Creamery! My first experience was in Fayetteville, Arkansas, followed by my second in San Bernardino, California, the third in Fontana, California, the fourth in Moreno Valley, California, and the fifth in Riverside, California. Now, I've finally made it to my favorite location in Hemet. I tried to visit as soon as I moved into my new house, but I accidentally locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260! The staff at the Hemet store was incredibly sweet and took great care of me. It's not just the ice cream; the workers here are fantastic people!
I was craving ice cream. SPECIFICALLY coldstone. The place is always clean and the staff usually friendly. My most recent visit i was greeted by two employees. Colin. Ally. I felt welcomed and my order was taken. Ally made the ice cream with toppings and was so nice in ensuring I got everything I wanted in it. Excellent service. Great ice cream. Will return.
I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's 19th birthday, requesting it to say "Happy 19th Birthday" along with her name. Unfortunately, the cake looked like it had been made by a 5-year-old. The crumb crust was messy and scattered all over the outside. I would not recommend ordering from them. I wish I could share pictures to show how disappointing it was. Book a table now
I went in for the 1st time with my son about a week ago. The young lady was so nice, she's so bubbly and Cheerful. I don't know how to spell her name but it's something like Soley. Thank you Soley.
Horrible experience from employees! Very rude little girl with the red hair and the long fake eyelashes with piercings all over her face was the one that was even more rude! Never going back again!
I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews, but I'm really glad we decided to go there. The staff was friendly and made our order quickly. The Coffee Lovers Creation is amazing!
Was disappointed to be told they can 't make me a plain waffle bowl 40 minutes before closing. I think they should make them until they 're closed since it 's also not a cheap visit Book a table now
I ordered a birthday cake remix with no rainbow sprinkles and the girl there made it with a bunch of rainbow sprinkles and made the cup overflow.
