I would recommend staying away from this store. Use the one in Park Meadows it is much better. I ordered a birthday cake for my grandmother's birthday. I placed the order many days in advance. When I arrived (after 12pm as instructed) I was told it was not finished yet. So I told them I would be back shortly to pick it up as I had an appointment to make. When I returned they brought out the cake to me. I should have checked it but I was in a hurry so I did not. Now my family has been ordering Cold Stone cakes for probably 20 years now. Usually the things are rock solid. You have to set them out for at least 30min before you can even cut them. So imagine my surprise when 5 minutes into my 10...

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the poor service. The staff member who prepared my peanut butter cup got peanut butter and chocolate all over the outside of the container. She didn't ask if I wanted a lid and just placed a spoon inside, but I needed a lid for transport. When I requested a lid, she simply said "okay" and tossed it onto the counter in front of me. Then she informed me that she needed a signature on the receipt, but I didn’t leave a tip because the service was so subpar. When I handed her the receipt, she looked at it, crumpled it, and threw it in the trash.
This is one of the busiest restaurants I've ever visited. It's consistently crowded, often with a line that extends out the door and winds around the interior. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating, but the long wait can be quite frustrating. Book a table now

$5 kids cup gets you a melted scoop of ice cream with 1/2 an oreo. There are kids working here that need training and supervision. Don't waste your time or money. It's a disappointment to your kids.
