Cook Out - Table reservation

The food here is good like any cookout and I think the staff is pretty good all things considered. There are just some unfortunate issues that are tanking this cookout's score. Last visit, they were out of several items that we wanted to order (most importantly chicken quesadillas). The lot arrangement is terrible; parked cars are eternally trapped by the drive through line which spills out onto the connecting roads. We even planned for this and parked in the adjacent lot only to be told that the walk up window was closed anyway.

SICK and tired of going to this cookout and them getting my order wrong time in and time out. Seriously how do you forget half someone’s order, and on top of it they don’t pick up their phones. Everytime I have gone there my order has been wrong, I’m not one to usually complain but seriously?!? And the staff could care less, they’re rude and hardly do their jobs, they rush you when your taking your order, and are huffing and puffing the whole time they are. —Save yourself the trouble and find yourself somewhere else to eat!

the command was grounded for both. an order has not got the right package and got no cheese on the burger. the second job, I have 5 matches. not much and they were hard. I asked for ketchup, relish and bee on my hotdog I have everything and chili. did not ask for chili on my hot dogs because I did not eat bark meat so I had to scrape everything. the sweet tee was fantastic. the best part.

Overrated. Average fast food hamburger overcooked and dry. Also short on lettuce, tomato, etc which the only saving grace of these awful burgers

Corn dogs are now half of the size. ¡¡Miniatures! And we couldn't eat the fryes. They were very bad. The servkce is good but...
