It got off to a bumpy start waiting for our wine and other beverages a little longer than normal and we could not get our favorite app, Thai Lettuce Wraps, as they said they were experiencing a problem getting the Bib lettuce. We switched it up to the Pot Stickers, another favorite! It was a little noisier than usual, mostly because we were seated at a table that was situated between booths on both sides, and all booths were full the entire time we were there. I think it would be better without the middle row of tables between the booths--too crowded and too noisy. Food was great, server was awesome, and we even did some holiday shopping in the gift area after our meal!
Our food and drinks were amazing. However, I would like to recognize the manager (whose name I neglected to get). We and our friends have had issues with setting up our Bottle Club accounts that we both bought last year. We have been told for 3 previous visits that it was all set and it was not. Therefore, we lost out on many perks. This young lady not only set up our accounts but adjusted our dinner bill to make it right for what we missed. That is what I call awesome customer service!!
Love the place. The food and the ambience are great. The service was good but the initial contact took a bit too long. That is my only criticism.
Ryan was great! But my short rib could have been much much better : especially since it was my bday celebration.
