stroppy manager after I requested a filter coffee. they said they had nothing left because they closed at 16 o'clock. it was 1.40 o'clock it happened a few times here, so the first time complained and the answer was it had to be. the manager asked for the name of the division leader who said she didn't believe me. I couldn't remember his name tbh. much better staff works here in 2022. more friendly abd polite.
I found a great selection of diners and cakes, along with delicious hot cappuccinos. The seating is comfortable and well-spaced, adhering to precautions against the virus. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Costa Coffee in Hesle Square.
