Always always packed. Everybody just blocking aisles like it 's nobody 's business, oh no, don 't worry about me, I 've been walking behind you for the past 2 minutes in this cramped one way aisle while you inch along without a care in the world, but rest assured I 'm really enjoying you wasting my time! Lots of rude customers as well, I overhear quite a bit of passive aggressive comments about people cutting or this and that. Tire center personnel are also extremely rude I called to ask if I could do a walk in, halfway through explaining what 's wrong with my car the guy just interrupts me and tells me to come in so they can take a look at it, makes it sound like they 'll be able to at leas...
Over crowded every weekend. Need longer business hours at this location People are rude and entitled. Prices are not low enough to warrant the hassle. I've been a member for many years and I will not be returning. Sam's club has my business with the scan and go. Easy in and out. Pay from your phone and skip the line.
If you go in with a list and objectives this is a great way to stock up on things you need..The team does a good job in trying to keep people moving through the line once they have selected the items..If time permits take advantage of their very low priced but good quality food from the snack bar.
The store overall is ok. Mandy in the concessions area was so over the top rude and unprofessional, I'm thinking of canceling my membership. Not only was she rude, she openly laughed at another customer when they asked if she was having a bad day. Mandy should not be dealing with the public.
