Updated review: My boyfriend and I returned to Craigs for Sunday breakfast, and we had a horrible experience, completely different from our first visit. Our server barely attended to us, never checked on us, and kept walking by, focusing on other tables while making us wait a significant amount of time. We tried different dishes this time, but the food was so inedible that we barely touched it. We just wanted the check and to leave. Once again, our server was terrible, and I had to physically go to the bar to report our experience. All we received was dry sorry , and we still had to pay for our meal. Friendly staff and delicious food. I came on a weekday morning so service was quick and only a brief wait for food to arrive. Asked the waiter what was recommended and was offered several options based on what Iwas feeling. Eventually settled on the crab cake benny side of sweet potato home fries, iced coffee, and a sausage e c on a Portuguese sweet bun. Benedict was perfect with just the right amount of kick. Home fries weren't cooked to caramelization, which actually worked well texturally in contast with the crab cake. I was taking my grandson for breakfast for his birthday today and was baffled along with some other folks who were hoping to have breakfast. The restaurant was closed even though it's supposed to be open on Saturday. Disappointment.
Walked in at sat at the bar. Spent 15 minutes sitting there while staff blatantly ignored us and stood behind the bar. I’d understand if it was busy but it was not. Overall uncomfortable experience and I will not be returning.
