CREPERIE L'HERMINE

we enjoyed our meal in creperie l’hermine. first we were glad to open it at the silvester. then we were greeted with our great puppies. but above all eating was well prepared and served by a good choice...ciders and wein (we had the house red and were quite satisfied.) as a very nice note the owner had made her own brot. we also appreciate the by-products dressed with a good quality oil, instead of the ubiquitous heavy French dressing that they often get and only cost an additional 1.50 euro. we thought the galettes were better than the Dessert crepe, but everything was good and acceptable expensive. we would always go back to brive.

I have read the reviews on ta and decided to go. it was very disappointing. I would even say a tourist trap. I would not recommend this place. the hearty are very economical in the sense that they give small strips of...ham (low quality). the sweet crepes are disgusting and dry with very little toppings (e.g. for a cream de marron crepe the majority of it was dry the toilet is next to the counter, so they must hope that no one has to visit an urgent one

I find it difficult to locate interesting gluten-free products in France but l'Hermine will prepare 100% buckwheat galettes for you while you wait. You can heat them fresh or freeze them. They are delicious and make an interesting change from uninteresting gluten free bread. And...the proprietors are friendly and very obliging. Vive la Bretagne!

delicious crepes with homemade toppings. the owners are very friendly and love to eat them that they can taste. they cannot be misled by the device that is a little old-fashioned.

we found this place yesterday in brive. great eating and the friendly couple it owns. cute low cost with sweet apples and delicious crepes.
