I understand that things can be slower at night, but some things are just not acceptable. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, only to find out that the lady who took our order was sitting outside smoking with someone else. She didn't even go back into the building until AFTER we had made it up to the drive-thru window. The food was okay, with a rating of 3, but the service was extremely poor, earning a 1. The atmosphere was average, earning a 3.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly, but there were not enough of them. Only one register was open, causing a long line that extended out the door. Additionally, two workers were seen standing around instead of assisting with the busy rush.
I recently tried the takeout option at this restaurant and found it to be decent. The price per person falls in the $10-20 range. The food was average, as was the service and atmosphere. I would recommend trying their Blizzards dish.
I love Dairy Queen even more now. They offer a military discount for members of the military. The staff at the window are always so kind. I also love the app's points program that you can download. Give it a try!
