So I had ordered a mint Oreo blizzard and asked for extra mint and they gave me a soup. I have ordered this at other dairy queens and had received and ice cream but this was unacceptable. So I had asked how it comes just to make sure they did not make a mistake, and they said that was the way it was. I had told them that any other place I ordered it was not like that and they said that they can’t do anything else. This was very disappointing as when I go to other franchises their menu is the same and their food come the same way even if asked for any sort of customization. I would not recommend as clearly a good job was not done.
Walked in and there was 5-7 people staring at me and my family like everyone working there was waiting for us to order it was the weirdest thing.And the once we ordered, one person made our blizzards and the rest of the workers took out their phones infront of us and just started texting/watching short films.Blizzards where good but ,the people who work there just made it feel extremely uncomfortable.Also parking is horrible.
Holy cow! For a 10 man team it truly was a one man show. Logan (the king of Dairy Queen) prepared 10 blizzards in 5 minutes. Despite so many employees Logan put the team on his back and cured the customers hunger for ice cream. I was astonished to see such a young with such impressive work ethic.10/10 will be back sooner then you can say Logan
