I ordered a sandwich with just extra mayo and pickles. The woman who took my order seemed annoyed and informed me that it comes with certain ingredients. I repeated my request since I used to work in fast food and assumed she would understand that I wanted it customized. However, she only added mayo and left out the pickles, so I took it home and added them myself. It wasn't a huge issue, but it was frustrating that she appeared unwilling to make the modification. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my experiences at this restaurant have consistently been disappointing. Each time I visit, they get my order wrong, and I often have to request a remake at least once during my visit. I always make it a point to specify my dietary restrictions because I have health concerns that could lead to serious consequences. It's frustrating that this happens every time I go; if it were a rare occurrence, I wouldn't mind as much. If sitting in a drive thru for a half hour for 2 small blizzards is your thing, this is the place to go. Not to mention, you’ll get to the speaker and wait 7 minutes for someone to take your order.
