This DQ has one store policy that drives me crazy: when ordering food and ice cream at the same time, they will not wait for the food to come out before preparing your ice cream. The result of this is a completely unnecessary extra few minutes of melt time from machine to mouth. This might sound nitpicky, but I really don't like soupy ice cream and have had to resort to placing separate orders to get this done right. Really annoying when you are using the drive through. The food doesn't come fast. It takes a few minutes, every time. They are quick with the ice cream, though. Unfortunately had a bad night in the drive thru! 3 total rounds : I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket sauced and tossed in bbq and a burger, after there was no chili for the chili dogs. When I got my food I realized there was no fork so I went through again, after that I’m thinking I’m finally good to eat I pull into a spot and open the basket to find no ranch that I had asked for originally and only 5 tenders. I went back through and got the ranch but didn’t mention the missing tender because I already felt like I was menacing this location haha. I live down the street so I frequent the drive thru often. I decided to go in last night because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. That place is FILTHY!! Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in ages. Taking a slight look behind the counter kind of made me want to vomit. The staff is young and silly and pretty unprofessional however over all friendly. They were clowning around so much two staff ran into each other resulting in one of them getting an ice cream cone smashed on their face! Due to the nastiness of the restaurants I won't be back.
This place needs to die. It's gross, inconvenient, over priced, and has been downhill for a long time now. Was once a great memory as a kid growing up in Ridgeville, but this place is the worst now. DO NOT EAT HERE!
